Self-motivation is what we all need to transform our lives! There are two parts to it. The first part is mental: you conceive in your mind where you want to go. The second part is physical: you take action to get there. Mind and action are both equally important. An example of this would be driving a car, you have to know where you are going, before you start driving. Self-motivation then through thought and action, is a key to success. In actuality the key to your success is you. You can make the following techniques work for you. That is motivation. Yoga with Saeed will help motivate you to handle your life without too much worry. It will help you in overcoming your physical and psychological problems. Yoga postures: During the physical practice of yoga postures, the breath is the main focus of attention. The reason is that it unites the mind and body and takes the individual to the deepest level of awareness.
Alternate Nostril Breathing There is some scientific evidence to suggest that by manipulating nasal breathing, it is also possible to build energy, induce relaxation, heighten awareness and even enhance our powers of creativity and logical thought. Alternate Nostril Breathing does the trick. Research accomplished at the University of California at San Diego indicates that the nasal breathing cycle corresponds to the dominance of the left or the right hemisphere of the brain. When you feel nervous, irritable or unbalanced, use the Alternate Nostril Breath and that will calm your mind or calm you down. Alternate Nostril Breathing: a few minutes of breathing through the right nostril (right nostril breathing stimulates left hemisphere) better prepares you for mathematical or language – orientated work, an excellent exercise for doing well in your exams or similar situations. A few minutes of breathing through left nostril summons creative powers. Left nostril breathing (while the right nostril is closed with your right thumb) calms the mind. Similarly right nostril breathing energises the whole body. |
